*According to EU Organic Regulation (Reg. (EU) 2018/848) and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1165, the use of copper compounds in organic farming is permitted, but strictly limited to a maximum of 28 kg of copper per hectare over a rolling 7-year period (≈4 kg/ha/year on average).
